Born on the island of St. Martin, Sir Roland Richardson is recognized as a leading “Plein Air” Impressionist from the Caribbean.
He and his wife, Laura, joined the Naples Art District with a magical studio featuring a life-time collection of the artist’s works.
Sir Roland’s mastery of multiple mediums includes painting on location in oil, watercolor, pastel, drawing in charcoal, and extensive fine printmaking – etchings, engravings, and more – offer a rich variety of creations for hours of fascination. He especially welcomes custom commissions from living landscapes, seascapes, still lifes and live portraits to contribute to a beautiful aesthetic as well as create heirloom treasures.
