This Saturday’s Open Studios is double the fun with two themes. Our first theme, Artists in Paradise, features a group exhibition by twelve of our artist’s Plein Air paintings created at the Naples Botanical Gardens. These lovely paintings were inspired by the natural beauty of various garden locations and will be displayed at the Trillium Gallery, 5450 C Shirley Street from 1- 5 pm with a reception following from 5-7pm
Our second theme is Homage to Picasso in Paradise. Creative original artwork inspired by Pablo Picasso’s artistry will be featured in some of our artist’s studios with a nod to the world-wide anniversary tribute to Picasso and his influence on contemporary art. This is in collaboration with Collier County’s Arte Viva! Celebration of Hispanic Arts & Culture. You can see some of these original works by our artists at Inspirations, Trillium, Shirley Street Art Galleria, Blue Pearl, Art2Amaze, The Gallo Gallery, and Studio Art TLC.
We are proud to have over 100 “artists in paradise” members located in over 50 studios and galleries along Shirley Street and J & C Blvd. who will be open and eager to greet our visitors. Be sure to explore their galleries and discover the endless creativity they offer.
