“CREATIVITY TAKES COURAGE”
Following your dream of being an artist takes courage too. You need the courage to persevere when life keeps getting in the way. In many ways, that is my story. I have managed to keep a hold of my dream to work as an artist since the mid nineties. I have done sculpture, installation works and now I enjoy using my metalsmithing skills as jewelry designer and maker.
I primarily work with sterling silver. My jewelry is not for the faint of heart. My designs are bold, contemporary and unusual. All works are constructed by hand using traditional metalsmithing techniques, including, forging, fold forming, repoussé, roll texturizing, soldering and hydraulic press forming and cutting. I encourage you to come and see the process.
