The Naples Art District has developed over the last fifteen years into the largest concentration of professional working artist studios and galleries in Southwest Florida. Providing quality art education has been a major part of the Naples Art District (NAD) mission, since the inception of the organization. NAD presents a wide variety of programs and initiatives throughout the year, including philanthropic charity events, in an effort to promote the arts and art education in the local community and among visitors to the District. This April, NAD members are supporting arts education by offering a fundraising event called “For the Love of Art! An Arty Party with a Purpose” in collaboration with the Naples Woman’s Club.
The “For the Love of Art” event is a unique opportunity for NAD and the Naples Woman’s Club to work together to promote the arts in Southwest Florida. The goal is to raise funds in support of art scholarships and to benefit art education and enrichment programs for seniors and high school students in the local community. During the event, which will be held on Tuesday, April 5 from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm at the Naples Woman’s Club, 570 Park Street, every guest will enjoy watching artist demonstrations with other art lovers and aficionados. There will be a silent art auction and raffles, and everyone in attendance will win an original piece of art created by one of NAD’s many professional creatives.

The Naples Art District (NAD) is one of Southwest Florida’s most vibrant and exciting hubs of fine arts. The home of the largest concentration of working artists in the region, the District is a thriving creative coalition of over 90 talented artists who work in a wide range of mediums–from painters, ceramicists, sculptors, and jewelers, to fiber and glass artists, woodworkers, photographers, and more. The professional member artists of NAD maintain working studios and galleries in the District, which is located in a unique business neighborhood that is also home to the factories and showrooms of professional interior design and décor artisans and craftspeople. The Naples Art District, where art and design meet, is located near the Naples Municipal Airport, nestled into a ½-mile section of an industrial park area. Contact the Naples Art District online at any time or by calling 239-249-1977 for more information about the mission of the organization.
