About The Artist

Karen Welsh enjoys art in its many forms, with a recent focus on photography  and digital art created from her original photographs. 

Nature and wildlife feature prominently as the subjects of her photos. In creating  her digital art, she likes to play with color, duplication, layering, and mirrored  images to allow things to step out organically from the images. Each viewer  might see something completely different or unique in her artworks, which she  believes is all part of the fun of art and imagination! 

Some of her recent works are displayed printed onto aluminum and in a square format to give them the nostalgic feel of a vinyl album cover.
