About The Artist

I am a realist fine art oil painter who has been on a creative journey since grade school.

Following a successful career in sales and marketing management, my love of drawing and painting has become my occupation.

Inspiration for my paintings comes from those things in my life that are full of color and textures. My gardens, the great variety of trees, grasses, plants, birds, and critters found in the woods and water are alive with changing color, lights, shadows, textures and movement. Nature provides all the elements needed to inspire a work of art that reflects my personal interpretation and style.

Using traditional and contemporary techniques, I use both brush and palette knife to produce layers of color and texture in my landscape, seascape, floral and wildlife oil paintings.

My paintings have been displayed in galleries and art exhibitions in Florida, Wisconsin and Minnesota and are part of owner’s collections across the US and OUS.
