About The Artist

I have lived in Naples, Florida for 17 years. I grew up in Wisconsin and lived in many cities. I continued moving once I was married, but this time moving included Missouri and Utah. I believe moving enhanced my vision of the world and the beauty we have surrounding us everywhere.

As a child, I was always creating using paint, crayons, paper and flowers. I continued creating in high school and college. I began taking workshops and online courses with different artists that I connected to. Later on I attended workshops and retreats in France and Florida.

I have to say using oil paint is my favorite medium. But, acrylic is not far behind! My inspiration for my paintings comes from the photos I take while traveling to France, Ireland and Hawaii. And one cannot forget our Florida sunrises, sunsets, flowers and palm trees.

Painting is my passion! I paint with a “Joyful Heart” and hope to pass my happiness on to the viewer.
My work is currently hanging in the Trillium Gallery and Studios.
